Receptionist 60% (12:30-17:30)

Job Description
As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company. Duties include: welcome all visitors (guests, suppliers, delivery personal, maintenance personal, etc.) to our office and offer administrative support across the organization. You will support certain HR and operations activities and coordinate front-desk activities.

  • Answer and forward incoming phone calls
  • Welcome guests and direct their visit
  • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
  • Order office supplies
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
  • Arrange refreshments and/or prepare drinks for guests and meetings (such as board meetings)
  • Order bi-monthly Company meals and happy hour refreshments
  • Schedule interviews with candidates and other meetings as needed

Other responsibilities as needed:

  • Arrange welfare activities
  • Day-to-day coordination with cellular phone company (order phone packages for people traveling abroad and order new SIM cards)
  • Day-to-day coordination with car leasing company (book periodic treatments, accident reporting, vehicle collection coordination)

Job Requirements

  • Strong customer service attitude
  • Proven work experience as a receptionist, front office representative or similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew and English
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Certification in office management – a plus
