Research Associate

Job Description

The research associate will be a member of the immunology group and will join the company’s in-vivo efforts. The candidate will be responsible for maintenance and genotyping of KO mice and will support proof-of concept syngeneic tumor models.

Our team is looking for independent and well organized research associate with high communication and team skills. The successful candidate will work with a team of onco-immunologists exploring and developing novel therapeutic options for cancer patients.

 

Essential Job Functions and Accountabilities:

  • Maintenance of KO mice: Setting up mating cages, closely monitor normal breeding behavior and health, and genotyping.
  • Phenotyping of immune cells ex-vivo: organs’ harvesting and ex-vivo phenotyping by flow cytometry
  • Support proof-of concept syngeneic tumor models trials.

 

Education Qualifications:

  • M.Sc in biology, medical science or other relevant field

Experience Qualifications:

  • Mice maintenance and breeding
  • PCR and genotyping
  • Mice solid tumor models
  • Harvesting of mice organs
  • Experience in flow cytometry
  • Cell culture
  • Immunology background an advantage
